Laser

I wrote this post with the intention of publishing it last night but I fell asleep right after I got to replying phone messages in bed.

We're a little over the first week of the year. My days of 2014 have like a bowl of soup spilling of it's contents; and each time I complete a scheduled plan I am drowned in a kind of fulfilment that satisfies in a way different from finishing school work. To spice things up, my week got served with a side of diarrhea. Mum and Dad think it's gastric flu, I just thought I was going to die.Torturous and nasty.

2nd January
Slept in till 10:30AM after two toilet runs in the middle of the night
Thought I had to be sent to A&E was deathly afraid of moving or ingesting anything
Left for the class chalet some time in the mid-afternoon, while in the bus I thought 'death must be close maybe'
Place where bus was taking me to felt dodgy seemed like a good set-up for murder
Finally met familiar people at the entrance
Checked in the villa
Walked at the beach with Clara talking about some things, was fun even though I was icky about getting sand and grass in my slippers
Got a cab out at 6PM to go to Stef's farewell-steamboat dinner :'(
We finally drove home at midnight

3rd January
Mum was on leave today
She went with me to the osteopathic centre for my 8:30AM appointment
Had 'manipulative' therapy, Mr Paul Bell said it would "feel weird but wouldn't hurt" and it was true
Took a cab to TMC for another appointment
Hopped into another cab after to Clark Quay, we had lunch at Chizo Zanmai, can only remember going for rounds and rounds of oden

4th January
We got to the airport by 7:15AM to send Stef off

Sold my 1st packet of granola
Went for MRI scan, hands are still bruised
Steamboat lunch at Imperial Treasures, was really good, would return again
Replaced Spain/Portugal tour with London, going to see Stef, excited

5th January
Spent the day at home, made and froze a batch of scones
Planned our Bangkok itinerary over Skype

6th January
Had lunch at Living Cafe with Clara
I opted out of my habitual pumpkin salad and had the TLC burger with a green vitality cleanser instead
The juice reminded me of my juice cleanse drinks
I hate parsley in my drinks, am ok with garnish
I managed a third of the guacamole and let Clara have the rest
It was refreshing though and tickled my jaded palete nicely
Clara got balls after we were done with mains, they were tasty balls

7th January
Got ingredients for the bake sale I'm doing on Thursday with a few other girls at TP
Whizzed through a mini cardio session
That was all I did I think

Ok I think I feel ready to reign in 2014 now, I start my internship this coming Monday
